What if I have questions about installing my COSMARK Shower door?

I only received a few of the items I ordered. What should I do now?

Get in touch! Make sure you have your order number and/or reference to hand (to speed up the process) and a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to help.

How do I amend/complete an incomplete order?

As above, get in touch with your order number ready to hand. In some cases, we can amend your order for you before it has been dispatched. However, in other instances, we may have to create a new order and cancel the old one – we’ll advise you on what we can do, don’t panic!

Is It Important To Create An Account?

 No, But this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

- keeping track of your order's delivery status
- changing or canceling the order
- using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount

What is a pivot and a hinged door?

A hinged door is attached directly to the finished wall or a stationary glass and you can open it like an interior door in your house. A pivot door has two assembly to match to work: a pivot assembly and a wall profile system. The pivot assembly is attached to a wall profile system that is attached to your finished wall, then the pivot assembly attaches to the glass at the top and bottom much like a refrigerator door.

What is the meaning of “bypass” in bypass sliding door?

 A bypass sliding door, also you can say as a dual sliding doors, is a sliding doors with both doors having the ability to slide to left or right. So you can get in and out of your shower by any sides.

What should I use to clean my shower door?

Generally, we recommend a glass squeegee to remove water or soft cloth after each use to avoid water spots. Do not use any abrasive or harsh cleaners which can scratch your glass.

How quickly will I receive my product ordered from your company?

We ship your orders out at the same business day when payment was completed by 11:00 am AWST. Any payments received after 11:00am AWST, will go out on the second business day. All items ship from our warehouse in the US. Transit times vary depending on where the item is shipping to, but normally delivery time takes 1 to 4 business days. If you still haven’t received your item after 7 business days, pls contact us immediately, we will track your order at once.

What size door I need for my space? How to Measure?

In order to a proper installation, It’s extremely important to order the correct size shower/tub door. Measuring must be taken only AFTER walls are finished (tile, back walls, etc.).Check your walls if are plumb and your shower base/tub or flat surface shower floor is level. Plumb walls are not “a must” condition, but just a reference to select the correct door.

What size base do I need for my shower enclosure?

All of our enclosure models that have matching bases will as same as the corresponding base to allow for proper installation. For example, if you are looking at a 900x900mm enclosure, the corresponding base will be 900x900mm.

Can I purchase just the hardware for this door?

Can I purchase just a stationary panel from “model x”?

Will the base from “brand X” work with your enclosure?

We cannot guarantee that another manufacturer’s base will work with our enclosures. Our glass and bases are specifically designed to fit together.
